Senior Interior Designer
Senior Interior Designer plays a critical role in the design and delivery of exceptional interior projects. You will lead interior design assignments and provide strategically minded design leadership and support to ensure a seamless project delivery on time and budget. - Lead interior design assignments including space planning, concepts, program documents, editing and selection of FF&E, color palettes and material presentations
- Create great form in interior architecture concepts and be able to rally teams around the design vision
- Be an integral part in the growth and success of our interiors group and collaborate with firm leaders and colleagues to enhance Form4’s culture for design excellence
- Build and sustain Client Relationships, act as the primary design interface with clients and collaborators, both internal and external
- Mentor and develop Form4 designers, provide creative direction, and foster a supportive, inspiring team culture
- 10+ years of proven project experience as Interior Designer and Lead Designer on interior projects, with a focus on corporate workplace interiors
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture / LEED accreditation preferred
- Ability to oversee a variety of projects types or multiple projects in various development stages
- Expert knowledge of furniture systems, specifications, FF&E, color, and materials
- Excellent organization, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Creative Suite, proficient in Revit and 3d–visualization tools
- A well-developed design sense and outstanding graphic presentation skills
