Form4 Architecture was brought on as the Architect of Record at the Schematic Design Phase to collaborate with El Dorado, the Design Architect, on the development of the design; to manage the entitlement process with the City of San Francisco; to produce the final Design Development package and the Construction Documents; to obtain the building permit; to provide Construction Administration services; and to design the lobby interior. As the first ground up project built to satisfy San Francisco’s Production, Distribution and Repair (PDR) zoning, the project embraces its light industrial lineage while celebrating the diverse energies and communities of Potrero Hill.
