A Transit Oriented Development Project consisting of 3 new sustainable commercial office buildings, approx. 305,000 s.f. located next to San Mateo Caltrain Stop and the City’s Station Park Green residential development project. The Project established an attractive gateway to the local neighborhoods via the Highway 92’s Delaware exit.
